Accessibility statement
Last updated: 2026-08-23 · Applies to: masteryforgecrafts.com
MasteryForge Crafts wants every maker to be able to browse, evaluate and buy our digital plans, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We build this site against WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we have implemented
- Semantic HTML with a single H1 per page, landmark regions and a skip-to-content link
- Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text, verified in review
- Visible keyboard focus styles and full keyboard operability, including the FAQ accordion
- Touch targets of at least 44px on primary controls, and never below the WCAG 2.2 minimum elsewhere
- Text alternatives on informative images, including plan-sheet renders
- Full support for
prefers-reduced-motion: with reduced motion enabled, all animation is disabled and the page renders complete and static
- The page remains readable and purchasable with JavaScript disabled
- Layout reflows without horizontal scrolling from 320px width and at 200% zoom
Known limitations
- Checkout happens on our Shopify store, whose accessibility we configure but do not fully control
- The downloadable plans are dimensioned technical PDFs; drawings are visual by nature. If you need assistance with the content of any plan, contact us and we will help directly
How we evaluate accessibility
This statement is based on self-evaluation: manual review of every page against the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria, including keyboard-only navigation, computed color-contrast checks against the 4.5:1 and 3:1 thresholds, and testing with prefers-reduced-motion enabled and with JavaScript disabled. Re-evaluated after every redesign.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility report, you may escalate to the enforcement body for Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) in your member state — in Italy, the Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale (AgID).
