By purchasing or downloading products from MasteryForge Crafts ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
Our products are digital metalworking and fabrication plans (PDF drawings, cut lists, assembly instructions and related bonus materials), delivered by download. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Your license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- download and print the plans for your own use;
- build projects from the plans, including finished physical pieces you sell.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, publish or sublicense the plan files themselves, in whole or in part;
- use the plans to create competing plan collections or derivative digital products;
- claim authorship of the plans.
All intellectual property in the plans remains with MasteryForge Crafts.
3. Safety disclaimer — read this
Metalworking, welding, cutting and grinding are inherently dangerous activities. Our plans are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for:
- working safely and using appropriate protective equipment (PPE);
- the correct use and maintenance of your tools and machines;
- verifying that your finished builds are safe and comply with local codes and regulations before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of our plans or of items built from them. If you are not confident performing an operation safely, consult a qualified professional.
4. Results
Build outcomes depend on your skill, tools and materials. We do not guarantee any particular result, other than the refund guarantee below.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
