How do I receive the files?
Instantly. A download link appears right after checkout, and the same link arrives by email. Re-downloading is free for life — including every future update to the libraries you own.
I'm a beginner — will this work for me?
Yes, with one honest condition. The Metalworking Project Plans are built to be approachable even if this is your first build: the library starts with 2 beginner build plans with full cut lists and ordered steps.
The condition: you need basic familiarity with your own tools. A plan can give you exact dimensions; it can't hold the welder for you.
What software and machines are the files compatible with?
PDF opens in any reader and prints on any home printer — the build plans are dimensioned for hand tools. DXF imports into plasma, laser and CNC CAD/CAM software. SVG opens in any vector editor or laser control software.
These are open standards — if your machine's software imports DXF or SVG, the files are ready for it.
Can I sell what I make?
Personal use is the default. To sell finished pieces, add the Commercial License — $39, one-time. It is written in plain English and covers lifetime resale rights on finished pieces for one maker or shop of up to 2 people.
What if it's not what I expected?

Do the libraries get updated?
Yes. Every library receives lifetime updates. When new files are added to a library you own, re-download is free — you never pay twice for the same vault.
