02How to ask

• Fastest: reply to your order confirmation email. Your order details are right there in the thread.
• Otherwise: email the support address shown on your receipt, with your order number if you have it.

A sentence about what went wrong helps us fix things — but it is never a condition of the refund. "It wasn't for me" is a complete answer.

03No physical returns

Everything we sell is a digital download. There is nothing to box up and ship back — no return label, no restocking fee, no RMA number. The refund closes the matter. We would rather you delete the files afterward, but there is no shipment and no inspection.

04When the money lands

We process refunds promptly — typically within a few business days of your email. After that, the timing is out of our hands: your bank or payment provider decides when the credit shows up. Realistically, that takes about 5–10 business days depending on the payment method; card refunds often post faster than bank transfers. If ten business days pass and nothing has arrived, write back and we will chase it from our side.

05What it covers

Every digital product sold through this site and the linked store — the build plans, the cut-file vault, the Commercial License, everything. The 30 days start on the day of purchase. One honest note: the guarantee exists so you can judge the files with the risk on us, not on you. Please do not treat it as a free rental — we are a small workshop, and the system runs on trust.

06EU & UK customers — digital content withdrawal

If you are buying from the EU or the UK, the law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal on digital content — unless you ask for immediate delivery. By starting your download you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the download begins. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is broader and applies in full regardless.

07Why we can offer this

Because the files are the product, and we know how they are made: every plan is drafted, dimensioned and checked by a human before it goes in the vault.
