Privacy Policy

01The short version

This site is a folder of static files — HTML, CSS and a few kilobytes of JavaScript, served as-is. There is no account system, no database of visitors and nothing on these pages that identifies you. You can read every word on this site without giving us anything at all.

02What this site collects

Nothing. To be specific:

• No cookies. These pages set none and read none — which is why you see no cookie banner.
• No analytics. No third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps.
• No forms. There is nothing to fill in on this site, so nothing you type ever reaches us from here.
• No fingerprinting. The only JavaScript on these pages fades sections in as you scroll and shows a buy bar on small screens. It talks to nobody.

03Where your purchase data goes

When you click a buy button you leave this site and land on the checkout of our Shopify store. Everything you enter there — name, address, payment details — is collected and processed by Shopify under its own privacy policy, not this page. We never see your card number.

Your checkout and account data is governed by the store's privacy policy: shop.masteryforgecrafts.com/policies/privacy-policy. This marketing site collects no personal data at all — the two policies stay consistent because there is nothing on this side to govern.

04If you email us

If you write to us — for a refund, a question, anything — we of course receive your email address and what you wrote. We use it only to answer you. There is no newsletter you didn't ask for and no list that gets sold or shared. The fastest route is replying to your order confirmation email; it reaches a human.

05Server logs

Like almost every website, the host that serves these files may keep standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, time of day. Those logs keep the server running and secure. They are not tied to any profile, and we do not use them to track, follow or re-identify anyone.

06Changes to this page

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. The principle will not: this site stays a static, no-collection website.

07Questions

Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to the store through its contact channels. A human reads it — usually the same one who dimensioned the plans.
